Platform Terms and Conditions of Use 3brjogos

Using any feature of the 3brjogos platform — including browsing, registration, deposits, Sports Betting, casino games, participation in promotions, or contacting support — constitutes full and irrevocable acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and the specific rules of each product available on the platform.

These Terms form a legally binding contract between you (the "User") and 3brjogos, the company that operates the platform. This contract is governed by Brazilian law applicable to the online betting and entertainment sector.

To register and use the 3brjogos platform, the user must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age complete as of the date of registration.
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF (Cadastro de Pessoa Física) issued by the Receita Federal.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts under the Brazilian Civil Code.
• Not be prohibited from using betting services by any judicial or administrative order.
• Not be an employee, partner, representative, or first-degree relative of any 3brjogos staff member.
• Not have had an account closed for violation of these Terms within the past 2 (two) years.

3brjogos verifies identity at the time of registration and may request additional documents (national ID, driver's license, or proof of address) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals above R$ 500.00. Providing false information during registration will result in immediate account suspension and cancellation of any pending balances.

The user is solely responsible for keeping their 3brjogos account credentials confidential — including email, password, and two-factor authentication code when enabled. All activity carried out from your account is your exclusive responsibility.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact 3brjogos support immediately via the platform's live chat. 3brjogos is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by the user's failure to safeguard their login credentials.

• Each CPF may be linked to only one account on the platform.
• Your account is personal and non-transferable — assigning, selling, or sharing access with third parties is strictly prohibited.
• Account balances do not earn interest and do not constitute a bank deposit.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 (twelve) months may be closed, with prior notification sent to the registered email address.

3brjogos reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account for identity verification, investigation of suspicious activity, or compliance with regulatory obligations, without prior notice when the security of the platform or other users is at risk.

3brjogos accepts deposits exclusively through the following payment methods available in Brazil:

• Pix — instant processing, available 24/7.
• Boleto bancário — processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
• Credit or debit card — Visa, Mastercard, and Elo cards issued by Brazilian banks.
• PicPay — via digital wallet.
• Mercado Pago — via digital wallet.

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00. Deposits made via Pix are credited to the account in under 30 seconds after bank confirmation. 3brjogos charges no fees on deposits; however, any fees charged by the user's own financial institution are the user's sole responsibility.

All deposits must be made from accounts or payment instruments held in the name of the 3brjogos account holder. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned to the sender; this may also result in account suspension.

Users may request a withdrawal of their available balance at any time, provided that:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00.
• The user's identity has been verified (CPF confirmed).
• There are no pending bets awaiting settlement that would affect the requested balance.
• Any active bonus rollover requirements have been met (see section 6).

All withdrawals are processed exclusively via Pix, to the key registered under the account holder's CPF. Processing time is up to 30 minutes from the request, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including national holidays. 3brjogos charges no fee on withdrawals.

For withdrawals above R$ 5.000,00, 3brjogos may request additional identity verification documentation before processing, in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. This verification will be completed within 24 business hours, and the amount will be held during the review period.

3brjogos offers bonuses and promotions subject to specific rules communicated at the time of the offer. The general conditions applicable to all bonuses are:

• Welcome bonus: 100% match on your first deposit, up to R$ 500.00, with a minimum rollover requirement of 5x (five times) the bonus amount on Sports Betting with minimum odds of 1.50, or 30x on slots.
• The deadline to meet the rollover requirement is 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment the bonus is activated.
• Bonuses not completed within the allotted time are automatically cancelled, with no impact on the real-money balance deposited.
• Each user may claim the welcome bonus only once, tied to their registered CPF.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts.
• 3brjogos reserves the right to cancel bonuses where bonus abuse or promotion manipulation is suspected.

Weekly promotions, cashback, draws, and jackpots have their own rules published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of a conflict between the general rules and the specific rules of a promotion, the specific rules shall prevail.

Sports Betting on 3brjogos follows these general rules:

• The minimum stake for a single bet is R$ 2,00. The maximum stake per bet is set individually by market and event, and is displayed at the time of selection.
• A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled by the user — except where the Cash Out feature is available and active for that market.
• Bets placed on events that are cancelled or postponed by more than 48 hours are voided and the stake is returned to the account balance.
• In the event of a manifest error in the odds (an odds value clearly inconsistent with the market), 3brjogos reserves the right to cancel bets placed at the incorrect odds, refunding the staked amount.
• Live bet settlements follow the official result at the end of regular time, unless the market explicitly states otherwise.
• Accumulator bets combine the odds of all selections. Every selection must win for the bet slip to pay out.

The availability of specific markets may vary by event.

The casino games available on 3brjogos — slots, live casino (roulette, blackjack, baccarat), crash games, and jackpots — use random number generation (RNG) systems certified by independent laboratories. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is provided by the game supplier and is available in the title's information section.

• The minimum bet amount per round varies by game and is shown on each title's screen.
• Casino game results are final and cannot be disputed based on personal preference — only in cases of proven technical failure.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the 3brjogos platform:

• Using bots, scripts, automation, or any software that simulates human activity on the platform.
• Manipulation or attempted manipulation of the results of sporting events or games.
• Creating multiple accounts to repeatedly or improperly claim bonuses (multi-accounting).
• Exploiting known odds errors (abusive arbing) with the intent to harm the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Providing false information during registration or in any verification process.
• Sharing or selling access to your own account with or to third parties.
• Threats, harassment, or abusive language directed at support staff or other users.

Any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of bonus balances, and forfeiture of any winnings obtained through such violations, with no right of appeal. Cases that constitute criminal offenses will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time via support chat or by emailing contato@3brjogos.net. Once the request is submitted:

• Open bets will be settled before account closure, except when the user requests closure through emergency self-exclusion.
• Available real-money balances will be paid out via Pix within up to 5 business days after identity confirmation.

3brjogos may close an account unilaterally and without prior notice in cases of Terms violation, suspected fraud, illegal activity, or regulatory requirement. In such cases, real-money balances will be held for review and released after investigation, provided their lawful origin is confirmed.

3brjogos's processing of personal data is detailed in the Privacy Policy, a document supplementary to these Terms. In short, 3brjogos processes personal data strictly in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018 — LGPD), upholding the principles of purpose, necessity, transparency, and security.

• Collected data is used solely to operate the account, process transactions, and fulfill legal obligations.
• 3brjogos does not sell users' personal data to third parties.
• Users have the right to access, correct, export, or request deletion of their data, in accordance with the LGPD.

3brjogos applies high technical standards to ensure platform availability and security, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted uptime. The platform is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from connection failures on the user's end during a bet or game round.
• Bets not confirmed due to slow or unstable user connections.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized use of account credentials by third parties, where caused by the user's own negligence.
• Indirect losses, loss of earnings, or moral damages arising from platform use beyond the limits established by law.

Sports betting and casino games involve real financial risk. 3brjogos does not guarantee winnings and is not liable for losses resulting from bets placed voluntarily by the user.

3brjogos may update these Terms and Conditions at any time, particularly in response to regulatory changes, product updates, or court decisions. Material changes will be communicated to users at least 15 (fifteen) days in advance via the registered email address and through a prominent notice on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after new Terms take effect constitutes automatic acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the new Terms, you must close your account before the effective date and request withdrawal of your available balance.

These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from the use of the 3brjogos platform that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the courts of the district of São Paulo — SP, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.

Before taking any legal action, the user must first attempt to resolve the matter directly with 3brjogos support via the platform's live chat or by emailing contato@3brjogos.net. 3brjogos commits to responding to complaints within 5 business days and to pursuing an amicable resolution whenever possible.

In the event of any conflict between the Portuguese version of these Terms and any other version that may be made available, the Brazilian Portuguese version shall always prevail.
